You can invest in all of the above through the stock market or in some other way.

The US stock market has so called Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) that include either companies from these fields or commodities that they buy in the Futures Market.

In Agriculture for example, you can buy stock symbol DBA, which is invested in agricultural commodities such as grain, corn, etc. Or you can buy shares of a company with stock symbol POT, which produces and sells fertilizer components for agriculture. This stock price is related to agricultural prices.

    Investing in these areas is just picking a sector of
    the stock market. You can buy these sectors through
    a mutual fund or ETF. Sectors are more riskier then
    investing in a wide range of stocks or in a well diversified
    mutual fund.
