Question by Peter L: What should an athlete eat to gain healthy weight?
I am an athlete and am naturally slim…I want to simplify my diet and eat things that will help me gain muscle mass and give me energy. I am a soccer player so I run a lot and it is hard to gain weight, what should I eat?

go to the health store and buy the weight gainer protien powder mix. you can make shakes out of them you can add what ever you want to it. that way you can make it taste good
like fruits/ice cream/ and what ever you want
you also add milk to it.thats what i ahd to drink to get my weight back up. i hated being skinny even though i ate so much i wasnt gaining so i started protien mix driks and then i started gaining within a couple of weeks.
