The same way. Domestic violence is wrong for both genders. I feel like you just asked this question for people to start gender bashing. Can’t we all just get along?

Women are not as likely to commit acts of domestic violence, according to the Department of Justice or the CDC.

However, mandatory counseling and possible prison sentence, probation, or fines should be the punishment. In other words, they should be treated the same as men.

Hm – they should be treated the same.
But I take exception to your claim – I know someone who worked in a domestic violence shelter and he regularly had to help treat women – women with their jaws hanging off, women whose faces had been punched so badly that their features were unrecognizable, women who’d been beaten with iron poles.

Oh, and they treated men, too. He said the worst injury he’d come across was someone who’d had their face scratched. And yes, the attacker should have been jailed. An assault is an assault.

We should treat them like criminals, like the animals they are. Give them the same sentences. If women commit a fatal crime, then capital punishment is the best solution.
