I got $442.72 for what I am looking at. Sound good? Or am I forgetting
    something…
NZXT Source 210 ELITE Midtower Case
Gigabyte LGA 1155 Intel B75 SATA 6Gb/s Motherboard
    Intel Core i3-3240 Dual-Core Processor 3.4 Ghz
    Gigabyte GeForce GT 630 2GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0
    Kingston Hyper X Blu 4 GB 1600MHz DDR3 (2 of them)
WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch
    Asus 24x DVD-RW Serial-ATA Internal
Will all that work together? Or would I need to invest in looking at other
stuff. I just want a decent PC to game on.

I’ve been building desktop PCs for years and I can say without a doubt this
is one of the most literal, basic, easy to follow explanations I have ever
    seen. Great video, Newegg.

The idea that a optical drive is necessary I disagree. For most cases I
digitally download all of my information. I also know that external DVD
devices are dirt cheap. This is just an opinion but it does save initial
    money for me.

The power supply does affect in a big way how the computer functions, the
more components you put in, the more power you need, so you cannot put a
high performance computer with a low power supply. This guy is clearly just
    a technician not an engineer.

Ok I have a laptop but it isn’t to powerful I have to choose: Really nice
looking at almost not playable frame rate or: Not nice looking at an ok
frame rate. I’m about to come into some money and build a decent PC. I’m
not too clued up on the subject but I’m building knowledge and look at some
components I want I’ve tried these compatibility website but it’s too
confusing for someone who doesn’t really know that much about it. So my
only worry with building a PC is making sure I don’t shell out for a high
end part and not have it be compatible with the motherboard I choose. Can
    anyone help?

Humans have existed for what, millions of years? Computers, about 70. As
computers advance, they will become self aware, and realize that most of
humankind is dumber than shit. From then on, they will ignore us. At some
point, they will start to travel space (computers can’t die, and they will
self maintain). Then humans will blow themselves up, ending our existance,
and biological life will start over again. The UFO’s we see are most likely
‘artificial’ life of that sort, monitoring our self destructive acts.
Perhaps the next time around, they will seed the planet with better dna.

isn’t a computer referring to itself in the third person… the same as it
    recognizing itself as a being?
