    Why do you allow the legislature to fund education, safety and transportation last instead of first?

    Do you like the way education is used as a hostage to get taxpayers to vote for emergency funding for schools?

    If you are just a big government governor that wants only to tax and spend and not solve education funding why should I vote for you in the next election?

    Tutition is too high. Universities have every incentive to make money but none to reduce cost.

    What can you do about that?

    EDIT: Perhaps .. reduce cost some % or lose state funding?
