    I newer understood why all the fitness videos are related to bodybuilding?
    What’s bodybuilding have to do with health and fitness? It’s all about the
    who will abuse more roids and for the so called “naturals” who will hide
    their usage better. So sad, when will people finally open their eyes…

    LOL Sardina is 6’4” at 184lbs lean and shredded? No fuckin way that’s
    natural dude. He is 6’4” He would look fuckin skinny as shit at 184 lbs at
    that height.

    Its about roids. Whether you like to believe it or not, a HUGE percentage

    this guy look like one off my friends who is 6 foot 3 188 pound nice arm
    shoulder and upper back but need more traps chest and legs like this guy .
    this physique is possible without drugs whatever poeple say, the on thing
    that look not natty on this guy is the bdft %…… if he’s on drug he use
    stuff like :test prop anavar or winstrol or clen with bitch dosage….

    hello, I want to know why you are lifting the weights so fast. I learned
    that a longer excentric contraction is best for hypertrophy, but I see
    loads of people still lifting the weights alot faster. just a question.

    You should make videos too dude you clearly have a lot of knowledge, Im
    sorry I have just been dieting and training differently for the last 5
    years, so I wasnt aware of how macros could be hit, if you could share your
    diet info, that’d be great, thank you for your time

    Seriously, if people think this guy is on steroids, I’ve officially lost
    hope for most people. People need to educate themselves before they make
    ridiculous comments. I love how people say “there’s no way you can eat ice
    cream and be that lean” when they don’t know how to properly diet. SMH.

    What…? How about you educate yourself first. You can VERY WELL eat chili
    dogs and drop fat, it’s all about hitting your macronutrients for the day.
