    Death lifts are core and hamstring, bend down but don’t squat down. You
    have to feel the stretch

    its called a deadlift because the weight is supposed to be dead on the
    ground
    so every rep you need to let the weight sit on the ground then pull it up
    off the ground

    Good job on your workout jason…i have the similar setup like you too..i
    do everything but a just one more set then you..i usually do 4 sets of 10
    reps for every workout I do..keep on going..I’m on this weight lost
    challenge too so let see how it goes for me too..

    Dam brah you lookin cut. Definitely mirin. One advice though. Do not wear
    wrist wraps too long unless your doing some heavy lifting. Another advice
    is to use an easy curl bar where the bar is not in a straight line. That
    shit kills your wrist and block it from natural form sorta like a smith
    machine where you should never ever have to use (:

    With your dead lifts you want to use your legs and not arching forward all
    that much because that doesn’t work your back it only makes it hurt later.
    You want to keep your back as straight as possible the whole way down or
    you’ll just injure yourself. Keep up the good work!
