    I’ve had doctors tell me to drink warm ginger ale soda when I had a stomach
    virus. Even if I have a headache I drink ginger ale and it goes away. I
    stopped drinking sodas summer of 2013 I drink a cup of hot water with 2
    tablespoons of fresh lemon juice now. I’m going to attempt to make my own
    ginger ale soda using seltzer water raw honey and boiled ginger water.

    many of the benefits of fruits and veggies are lost when you cook them.
    enzymes, vitamins, etc.. are lost. to keep them ‘alive’ without destroying
    they have to be ‘cook’ oven lower that 110F or lower than boiling water. of
    course you still get some benefits with tea if the water is not boiling
    when you put the ginger.

    I started drinking Ginger Tea almost everyday. My question is…do I have
    to peel the ginger before boiling?. What I do is to clean it real well with
    running water (with peel on) and slice it thin then boil. Is that the
    proper way?.

    I LOVE Ginger and I cannot wait to try this tea. I suffer from Asthma so
    anything I can do to naturally prevent Asthma systems are greatly
    appreciated.
