Secondly alternative medicines for insomnia do not work right away. These natural remedies don’t medicate you into an artificial sleep. It can take natural remedies time to build up in your system before they will work for you. This is because they re-educate your sleep system and help you to fall asleep naturally. So don’t take a natural insomnia remedy and expect to be asleep in 5 minutes, it simply will not happen.
But your insomnia remedy will work. Just give it some time and soon you will be enjoying the benefits of restful sleep without the side effects like withdrawal and daytime drowsiness.
