    i want to point something out to everyone. look how´╗┐ light the weights are that they are using. the key to looking like this is TIME UNDER TENSION, which means less weight but better form and slower negative contractions.

    It just seems a bit gay when the shirts come´╗┐ off and the hey look at how ripped I am crap. I am working towards something similar as well, probably not to this degree but not because I give a shit about how good I look without a shirt on, or what anything thinks for that matter.

    You seen body builders on gear? None of these guys come´╗┐ even close to those freaks. Takes years of dedication and eating right but is easily achievable, anyone who thinks not is just lazy or jealous, probably both.

    They all have 10´╗┐ years +/- of working out and eat clean.so haters gonna hate.all of you like to say that they use roids cause you know that you will never become like they.cause it’s lot of work and lots of years.i bet most of you haters are skinny or fat.so shut up and go train hard.it is easy to stay all day at pc and critic all day long

    Spider Veins are an obvious sign of “unnatural.”
    I’m guessing some lower-end anabolics and creatine.

    I have been working out 3~4 times a week for the past 8 years. I’m 24 now.
    I bench about 250, I diet to maintain around 10% body fat, and I box regularly. I also use whey protein and a healthy amount of egg whites.

    With all that, I don’t look anything close to them. I am ripped and pretty big, but not like that.

    My friend does half the work I do, but with some “help.”
    He looks like that. lol´╗┐

    I’m normally going to gym 2 -3 times a week, but today i have to try Cardio and i saw this and try it for myself, halfway through Im feeling dehydrated and sweating already,i´╗┐ can say it helps me a lot, and i’ll do it everyday in the morning! i will not giving up i wanna do the whole Cardio till end.. thank you for sharing this workout.
