I’m guessing some lower-end anabolics and creatine.
I have been working out 3~4 times a week for the past 8 years. I’m 24 now.
I bench about 250, I diet to maintain around 10% body fat, and I box regularly. I also use whey protein and a healthy amount of egg whites.
With all that, I don’t look anything close to them. I am ripped and pretty big, but not like that.
My friend does half the work I do, but with some “help.”

View CommentI’m normally going to gym 2 -3 times a week, but today i have to try Cardio and i saw this and try it for myself, halfway through Im feeling dehydrated and sweating already,i can say it helps me a lot, and i’ll do it everyday in the morning! i will not giving up i wanna do the whole Cardio till end.. thank you for sharing this workout.
